Below is a transparent breakdown of how we get our products from our workshop in Sacramento to your front door. No hidden fees, no confusing timelines.

1. Shipping Costs

We like to keep things simple. Instead of complicated weight-based math, we offer straightforward rates:

2. Handling & Transit Time

Processing: Every order is unique. It takes us about 1 to 2 business days to quality-check your art, package it securely, and hand it over to the courier. We do this from Monday through Friday.

Shipping: Once the courier picks up your package, it usually takes 3 to 7 business days to reach addresses within the United States. International orders might take a bit longer depending on your local customs office.

*Note: Orders placed after 6:00 PM (PST) on Friday will begin their journey on the following Monday.

3. Who Carries Your Art?

To make sure your delivery is reliable, we only partner with the pros. Depending on your location and the size of your order, we use USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL. You’ll see exactly which carrier is handling your package in your confirmation email.

4. Keeping Track of Your Order

We won’t leave you wondering where your art is. As soon as your order ships, we’ll send an email with your tracking number. You can follow its progress on our Order Tracking Page or directly on the carrier's website.

5. Address Changes & Delivery Issues

Wrong Address: We all make mistakes! If you notice a typo in your shipping address, please email us at support@gentlemanvibe.shop immediately. If the order hasn't left our facility yet, we’ll fix it. If it’s already shipped, we unfortunately cannot change the destination, and any re-shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Missing Items: If your package arrives and something is missing, don't worry. Just reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll make it right. Art is meant to bring joy, not stress.
