Cancellations & Order Changes

We’ve all been there—you hit the "Order" button and then realize you accidentally selected the wrong size, used an old shipping address, or simply changed your mind. At Gentlemanvibe, we get it. Art is a personal choice, and we want you to feel 100% happy with what is heading your way.

Because we aim to ship our decor as fast as possible from our Sacramento facility, there is a small window where we can still pull your order back and make adjustments before it hits the production line or the delivery truck.

The 12-Hour Window:
You have 12 hours from the moment you place your order to request a cancellation or change. During this time, we can update your shipping details, swap a product, or cancel the order entirely for a full refund.

1. How to Request a Change

Don't panic! If you are still within that 12-hour window, the process is simple:

  • Step 1: Shoot us an email at support@gentlemanvibe.shop as soon as possible.
  • Step 2: Use the subject line: "URGENT: Change/Cancel Order #[Your Order Number]". This helps our team spot your request immediately.
  • Step 3: Tell us what you need. Whether it’s a new address or a full cancellation, we’ll handle it from there.

2. What If the 12-Hour Window Has Passed?

Once the 12-hour mark has passed, your order is usually already in the process of being printed, framed, or packed at 1705 Woodland Terrace. At this stage, the "vibe" is already in motion, and we can no longer stop the shipment.

If your order has already been processed or dispatched, you will need to follow our standard Return & Refund Policy once the package arrives at your door. Please note that for change-of-mind cancellations made after the item has shipped, shipping fees are typically non-refundable.

3. Fees? No Way.

We believe in honest business. There are no cancellation fees and no restocking fees for orders cancelled within the allowed timeframe. You will receive 100% of your money back to your original payment method.

4. Changing Shipping Addresses

If you only need to change your address, please reach out quickly. Once a tracking number is generated (usually within 24-48 hours), the courier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) owns the package, and we lose the ability to reroute it. You can track the current status of your package here: Order Tracking.

5. Damaged or Faulty Items

If you are looking to cancel because you received a damaged item, wait! You don't need a cancellation—you need a replacement. We stand by our quality. Please visit our Contact Page or email us directly so we can send you a fresh piece of art at no extra cost.
