At Gentlemanvibe, we believe that wall art is more than just decoration—it’s a statement of personality and style. We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your new artwork. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go exactly as planned during transit or a piece might not fit the vibe of your room as you expected.

That is why we have designed a straightforward, "no-headache" return and refund process. Our goal is to be as transparent as possible so you can shop with total confidence.

The Golden Rule: You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to decide if it's right for you. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

1. How to Start a Return

We don't believe in making you jump through hoops. To start a return, simply send us a quick message at support@gentlemanvibe.shop.

Please include your Order Number and a brief explanation of why you’d like to return the item. Our support team usually responds within 24 hours to provide you with the next steps and a return authorization.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take great pride in our packaging, but art can be fragile. If your wall decor arrives damaged, defective, or if we accidentally sent you the wrong masterpiece, we sincerely apologize. This is 100% on us.

  • What to do: Email us photos of the damaged product and the packaging within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Our Solution: We will immediately arrange a replacement at no cost to you or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
  • The Cost: In these cases, Gentlemanvibe pays for all return shipping costs. You won't pay a dime.

3. "Change of Mind" Returns

It happens! You thought the vintage aesthetic would work, but now you’re leaning toward modern minimalism. If you changed your mind about a product, you can still return it within the 30-day window.

  • Condition: The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Shipping Cost: For change-of-mind returns, we ask that you cover the shipping costs to send the item back to us.
  • No Restocking Fees: Unlike other shops, we do not charge any restocking fees. We believe you should only pay for what you keep.

4. Lost Packages / Items That Never Arrive

If your tracking information says "delivered" but you can't find your package, please check with your neighbors or local post office first. If the package is officially lost in transit and has not arrived by the expected delivery date plus a 7-day grace period, we will treat it as a lost shipment and provide a full refund or a free reshipment.

5. Return Address

All returns must be shipped to our physical facility for inspection. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer; use the address below:

6. The Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item's condition.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.
  • Timeline: The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Most customers see the funds back in their account within 7 business days (this depends on your bank's processing time).

7. Cancellations & Modifications

If you realize you made a mistake right after ordering, please contact us immediately. Once an order is processed or shipped, we can no longer cancel it, and it will fall under our standard 30-day return policy. More details can be found on our Cancellation Page.
