Shipping & Delivery

How long until my art arrives?
Most of our customers receive their orders within 4 to 9 business days. This includes 1-2 days for processing and quality checks at our facility, and 3-7 days for transit. For more specifics, check our Shipping Policy.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your package leaves Sacramento, we’ll send you a tracking number via email. You can plug that number into our Order Tracking Page to see exactly where your "vibe" is.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! While we are based in California, we love sending art across the globe. International shipping times and rates vary by location and are calculated at checkout.

Payments & Security

Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?

Returns & Refunds

What if my item arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but the road can be bumpy. If your art arrives damaged, please take a photo and email it to support@gentlemanvibe.shop right away. We will send a replacement at no extra cost to you. That’s our promise.
Can I change my mind and cancel an order?
Yes, but you have to be fast! We have a 12-hour window for any changes or cancellations before the order hits production. See our Cancellation Policy for details.
How long does a refund take?
Once a refund is approved, it usually takes 5-7 business days to show up on your original payment method, depending on your bank's processing time.

Where are your products made?
Our creative heart is at 1705 Woodland Terrace, Sacramento, CA. We source high-quality materials to ensure that every print and frame meets the "Gentlemanvibe" standard before it ships.
Will the colors look exactly like they do on my screen?
We strive for 100% accuracy, but please remember that every monitor displays colors slightly differently. Our prints are rich and vibrant, but a slight variation from your backlit screen to the physical canvas is normal. Check our Disclaimer for more on this.
